I purchased Ma Vie Skin about three weeks ago. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the jar had been damaged during postage and handling. I contacted Ma Vie Skin by email, sent them a photo of the damaged product, and they were more than happy to replace it free of charge without any hassle.
Alex was fantastic throughout the whole process and provided excellent customer service. It's rare to find a business that stands behind its products the way they do.
I've been using the replacement cream and it's been great on my skin so far—rich, nourishing, and exactly what I was hoping for.
They also mentioned they can do custom orders with different scents, so I'll definitely be ordering again and trying a scented version next time.

Absolutely love Ma Vie Skin❤️The whipped beef tallow cream leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and nourished without feeling greasy.
I also placed a custom order with a sandalwood scent. It took a little longer to arrive, which was expected for a custom order, but it was absolutely worth the wait. The scent is amazing, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Normally use coconut oil but decided to try something different, feels really nice on the skin and absorbs well not too much of an oily feel, I really like the whipped texture too. Highly recommend
Great product really noticed a difference in my skin me and my fam use it thanks guys and when asked if we can have lavender based oil Lisa and Aj were very accommodating and made a fresh batch just took a cpl weeks extra time but worth the wait thanks guys for being so receptive and responsive 🙂

I've been really impressed with Ma Vie Skin Whipped Beef Tallow Cream. It's been fantastic for my skin and has noticeably helped with my pimples. I honestly can't believe I didn't start using it sooner!
The cream feels incredibly smooth, absorbs well, and leaves my skin feeling soft, nourished, and deeply moisturised all day. I was initially expecting a slightly larger jar, but it contains the advertised 80g, exactly as described, and a little goes a long way.
The quality is excellent, and I'll definitely be buying it again. Next time, I'd love to order a custom scented version. Highly recommend this product!

I first bought this cream a couple of months ago at a local country market and have been using it ever since.
It feels rich without being greasy and leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth and well moisturised. My skin has a healthy glow, and a little goes a long way.
When you first apply it, there's a very slight natural beef tallow scent, but it disappears within a couple of minutes and isn't noticeable after that.
I love that it's made with Australian grass-fed beef tallow and natural ingredients. I'll definitely keep buying it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a natural, nourishing moisturiser.
